How do customers pay?
Customers send an order, not a payment. You contact them to confirm and agree how they'll pay — cash, mobile money or bank transfer — then record the sale in Spend.
Do I need the app?
You add items and run your business in the Spend app. Store setup and orders also work here on the web, from any computer.
Can I hide some items?
Yes. Every item has a ‘Show in store’ switch, and archived items never appear.
